I just thought having assisted me to put together the business plan, I should let you know that I have finally succeeded in getting financing of £3,2 million from a Bank. Their board approved the deal end of Nov. They will also become minority shareholders holding 25.1% of equity. My business will immediately have access to their client base and networks as well as a presence through their existing offices. I cannot thank you enough for all you did. Without a convincing business plan, it would have been difficult to achieve this. I know that hard work is now beginning, but this was a very important step for me towards making my dream a reality. While the circumstances leading to my decision to go on my own have been nothing but painful, I am grateful that they have pushed me to do what I have always wanted to do. We are ready to go come Jan 2008! Enjoy the festive season.

I'm already on the basis of preliminary discussions one bank has agreed to finance the initiative on an equity basis - not to mention being approved as a vendor by one of the big municipalities in Gauteng.

The business plan and finacials is good so I passed those on to my Brother. He approved them so I am very happy.
 
I have taken the plan for a test run at ABSA and the gentleman there think it is a very well presented plan.
 
What is the next step?
Will you let me know of any investors or send me a list of them? I am quite eager to start trading now.

I have read through this Business Plan, its superb and I trust that its going to make funders aware of what is the vision of our business and will be able to offer us funds in order to realised our goals. I am still waiting for registration number as I have lodged CK1 with Cipro. This week I will not be in the office ,However we can communicate through sms and please leave a message if I am not available. I expect to pay the balance this week so that we can start with application for funding. Please provide other funders details.
